返金・キャンセルポリシー / Refundsサービス開始前のキャンセルは全額返金または一部返金（個別対応）。サービス開始後の返金は原則不可。詳細は利用規約第5条を参照。 / Cancellations before service begins: full or partial refund at our discretion. After service begins: no refund except where we fail to deliver. See Terms of Service Article 5.
